Claims (10)
- 기판(11)과, 기판위에 형성된 광학적 소쇠계수가 상이한 복수의 박막으로 된 기록층(12)으로 구성되며, 상기 박막은 레이저비임의 조사에 의하여 단일층(17)으로 변환될 수 있으며, 그 국소적인 변환으로 정보의 기록이 가능함을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층(12)은 레이저비임의 조사에 의해 기록층의 조사부의 반사율이 증대하도록 레이저비임이 입사하는 축에 소쇠계수가 보다 적은 박막이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층(12)은 레이저비임의 조사에 의해 기록층의 조사부의 반사율이 감소하도록 레이저비임이 입사하는 측에 소쇠계수가 보다 큰 박막이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층(12)과 기판(11)사이에는 하지층(22)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판(11)과는 반대쪽에 위치한 기록층(12)의 표면에는 보호층(18)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기록층(12)이 대향하도록 상기 광 디스크 2매를 접합한 양면형인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층(12)은 Se,Ge,Te,Tl,Ti,Bi,Sb,Ag,In 및 이들을 주성분으로한 합금으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 한 금속으로 구성된 박막의 2매 이상의 조합으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기록층은 2매의 박막(13,14)으로 구성되며, 2매의 박막의 광학적 소쇠계수의 비는 1.5이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 2매의 박막(13,14)층 기판(11)측의 박막의 두께는 50nm이하이며, 타측의 박막의 두께는 100nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 2매의 박막(13,14)을 구성하는 재질은 Se-Bi, Te-Bi, Te-Ge 및 Ge-Bi으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
