Claims (11)

  1. 광감지부 및 광감지부와 접촉하여 배설된 충전부로 구성되며; 상기 광감지부가 전압을 충전부에 인가함으로써 충전될 수 있으며; 광감지부의 10점 평균 표면조도(Rz1)와 충전부의 10점 평균 표면조도(Rz2)가 다음 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로포토그라픽 장치.
    0.1 미크론RZ1+RZ2 6.0 미크론
    0.05 미크론RZ1 5.0 미크론 및
    0.05 미크론RZ2 5.0 미크론
  2. 제1항에 있어서, RZ1과 RZ2가 1.3 미크론RZ1+RZ2 5.3 미크론 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로포토그라픽 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, RZ1과 RZ2가 2.0 미크론RZ1+RZ2 4.0 미크론 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로포토그라픽 장치.
  4. 제1항에 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서 RZ1이 0.1 미크론보다 작지 않으며 3 미크론보다 크지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로포토그라픽 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 충전부가 로울러, 블레이드 및 벨트로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로포토그라픽 장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 충전부가 루버와 그안에 분사된 전도성 입자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로포토그라픽 장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 광감지부가 주성분으로 유기광도체로 구성되는 광감지층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로포토그라픽 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 광감지층은 전하 발생층과 전하 운반층의 적층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로포토그라픽 장치.
  9. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서 전압은 DC전압과, AC전압의 중첩으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로포토그라픽 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, DC전압에 중첩되는 AC전압은 1800V 이하의 피크투피크치(VPP)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로포토그라픽 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, DC전압에 중첩되는 AC전압이 1500V 이하의 피크투피크(VPP)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로포토그라픽 장치.
