Claims (12)
- 적어도 두개의 서로다른 합금으로 이루어진 많은 연속한 층(i)들을 포함한 합성 실린더 헤드를 주조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 합금(i)가 주입될때 층(i-1)이 그것의 하부에 50∼100%사이의 고체분율과 그것의 상부(경계면 영역)에 0∼80% 사이의 고체분율을 포함하도록, 그 방법이 층(i-1)의 주조말기와 층i의 주조 초기 사이의 대기시간(tw)로 주입장치(4,5)를 통해 주형 공극부(1,2)안에서 각각의 합금층(i-1)(i≥2)을 주조하는 것인것을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 층(i-1)(i≥2)의 상부에서 응고분율이 10~40%사이인 것이 바람직한 것을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- 제1항과 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층(i-1)(i≥2)의 하부의 응고분율이 70∼100% 사이인 것이 바람직한 것을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 주형이 열전달 액체에 의해 냉각된 금속바닥판(1)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 주형이 주조동안에 비활성 기체(CO2, Ar, N2등)에 의해 보호되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 사용된 합금들이 Al-기저합금들인 것을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주조 합금들이 섬유질 또는 세라믹 입자(SiC, Al2O3)들로 충진될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 바닥판(1)밖의 상기 주형은 모래나 금속 또는 그 혼합체들중 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- -저압 -중력+저압 -중력과 같은 과정에 의해 주조되고, Al이나 그것의 합금들중 하나로 제작되는 실린더 헤드의 제작에 대해 제1항 내지 8항중 어느한 항에 따른 방법의 사용방법.
- 실시예에 의해 본원에 서술되거나 부록에 의해 본원에 서술된 것과같은 합성실린더 헤드를 주조하기 위한 방법.
- 첨부한 도면들중 어느하나를 참조하여 본원에 서술되거나, 그것에 도시된 것과 같은 합성 실린더 헤드를 주조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느한 항의 방법이나 제9항 내지 제11항중 어느한 항의 방법에 의해 제작되는 주조 실린더 헤드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
