Claims (3)
- 원료 유체 공급 유입구와 비흡착 유체 추출 배출구 사이에 공간을 점유하는 흡착 구역, 비흡착 유체 추출 배출구와 탈착 유체 공급 유입구 사이에 공간을 점유하는 정제 구역, 탈착 유체 공급 유입구와 탈착 유체 추출 배출구 사이에 공간을 점유하는 탈착 구역, 흡착 유체 추출 배출구와 원료 유체 공급 유입구 사이에 공간을 점유하는 농도 구역인, 4구역으로 분할되는 전체로서의 베드와, 예정된 작업 시간의 흐름후 하류로 위치되는 다른 세트의 공급 유입구와 추출 배출구로 전환되는 공급 유입구와 추출 배출구의 세트로서, 유체가 한쪽 방향으로 순환적인 흐름을 하기에 적합하고, 유체 흐름의 방향으로 다음의 순서대로 배치된, 원료 유체 공급 유입구, 비흡착 유체 추출 배출구, 탈착 유체 공급 유입구, 흡착 유체 추출 배출구의 세트로 제공된 팩으로 된 베드를 포함하는 크로마토 그래픽 장치로 원료 유체를 각각의 물질로 분리 수행하는 방법에 있어서, 탈착 구역을 흘러나가는 유체는 농도 구역을 흘러나가는 유체가 흡착 구역내로 흐름이 허용되는 반면에 농도 구역내로 흐름이 허용될 때, 원료 유체와 탈착 유체가 원료 유체 공급 유입구와 탈착 유체 공급 유입구를 각각 통하여 팩으로 된 베드내로 공급되고, 흡착 구역을 흘러나가는 유체의 일부가, 흡착 유체 추출 배출구를 통하여 팩드로 된 베드로부터 추출되어지는 탈착 구역을 흘러나가는 유체와 함께, 비흡착 유체 추출 배출구를 통하여 팩으로 된 베드로부터 추출되는 공급 및 추출 단계와, 팩으로 된 베드내의 유체는 베드로부터 유체가 추출되거나, 또는 안으로 유체를 공급하지 않고 하류로 이동되는 순환 단계가 상기 예정된 작업 시간내에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 흡착 구역을 흘러나가는 유체의 전체 부분은 공급 및 추출 단계에서 비흡착 유체 추출 배출구를 통하여 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 흡착 구역을 흘러나가는 유체의 부분은 정제 구역내로 받아들여지고, 반면에 나머지는 공급 및 추출 단계에서 비흡착 유체 추출 배출구를 통하여 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
