Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 신규 피라졸유도체, 이 피라졸유도체를 유효성분으로 하는 제초제 및 이 피라졸유도체를 제조하기에 매우 적합한 중간체에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
본 발명은 옥수수 벼등의 작물에 대한 약해가 없고 광범한 밭의 잡초 및 논의 잡초 특히 논에 대한 피를 적은 약의 양으로 방제할 수 있는 피라졸유도체 및 그것을 사용한 제초제, 다시또 이 피라졸유도체를 얻기 위한 중간체를 제공하는데 있다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
신규 피라졸유도체, 상기 신규 피라졸유도체를 유효성분으로 하는 제초제 및 상기의 신규 피라졸유도체를 얻기 위한 적당한 신규 중간체를 사용한다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
벼, 옥수수, 소맥, 대맥등의 유용작물에는 약해를 미치지 않고 벼과 잡초 및 광업 잡초의 양자를 잎처리, 토양처리의 어떤 처리에 있어서도 저약량으로 선택적으로 방제가능하다.

Claims (11)

  1. 식(Ⅰ)
    {식중, R1은 수소원자 또는 C1~C4알킬기; R2는 C1~C|4알킬기; X1은 수소원자, 할로겐 원자 또는 C1~C4알킬기; X2및 X3은 각각 독립하여 C1~C4알킬기; X4는 수소원자, 티오크로만환의 7위치 또는 8위에 치환된 할로겐원자 또는 C1~C4알킬기; Q는 수소원자 또는 식-A-B로 표시되는 기[A는 -SO2-기, -CO-기, 또는 -CH2CO-기; B는 C1~C8알킬기, C3~C8사이클로알킬기 또는 식(Ⅴ)
    으로 표시되는 기
    (식중, Y는 할로겐원자, 니트로기, C1~C4알킬기, C1~C4알킬기 알콕시기 또는 할로 C1~C4알킬기; m은 0,1 또는 2의 정수를 나타냄)을 나타낸다]; n은 0,1 또는 2의 정수를 나타낸다}로 표시되는 피라졸유도체 또는 그의 염.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, R1이 수소원자인 피라졸유도체 또는 그의 염.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, R2가 메틸기 또는 에틸기인 피라졸유도체 또는 그의 염.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, X1이 수소원자, 메틸기 또는 염소원자인 피라졸유도체 또는 그의 염.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, X2및 X3가 각각 메틸기인 피라졸유도체 또는 그의 염.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, X4가 수소원자 또는 티오크로만고리의 8위치에 치환된 메틸기 또는 염소 원자인 피라졸유도체 또는 그의 염.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, Q가 수소원자인 피라졸유도체 또는 그의 염.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, Q가 -A-B이고 A가 SO2-기이며 B가 C1~C8알킬기 또는 식(Ⅴ)
    으로 표시되는 기(식중, Y는 할로겐원자, 니트로기, C1~C4알킬기, C1~C|4알콕시기이며 m은 1 또는 2임)인 피라졸유도체 또는 그의 염.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, Q가 -A-B-기이고 A가 -CO기 또는 -CH2CO-기이며 B가 C1~C8알킬기, C3~C8사이클로알킬기 또는 식(Ⅴ)
    으로 표시되는 C1~C4알콕시기이며 m은 1 또는 2인 피라졸유도체 또는 그의 염.
  10. 제 1항 내지 제 9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기의 식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 피라졸유도체 및/또는 그의 염을 유효성분으로 하는 제초제.
  11. 식(Ⅱ)
    (식중, X1은 C1~C4알킬기 또는 할로겐원자; X2및 X3은 각각 독립하여 C1~C4알킬기; X4는 수소원자, 티오크로만고리의 7위치 또는 8위치에 치환된 C1~C4알킬기 또는 할로겐원자를 표시함)으로 표시되는 방향족 카르복실산유도체 또는 그 염.
