Abstract

REVENDICATION DE PRIORITES US 30 Novembre 2001 60/337,255 Voir en annexe le titre de l'invention et le texte de l'abrégé Compositions polymères à libération contrôlée, comprenant des composés favorisant la croissance osseuse La présente invention concerne un système perfectionné pour la libération contrôlée d'un composé favorisant la croissance osseuse, et une composition fluide pour sa formation. La composition fluide est constituée d'un composé favorisant la croissance osseuse, d'un polymère thermoplastique et d'un solvant organique. La composition fluide est capable de former une matrice polymère solide microporeuse biodégradable et/ou bioérodable. La matrice est utile comme implant chez des patients (homme et animaux) pour délivrer un composé favorisant la croissance osseuse à certains tissus.
