BARRIERE COMESTIBLE MULTICOUCHE CONTRE L'HUMIDITE POUR PRODUITS ALIMENTAIRES Une barrière comestible multicouche contre l'humidité pour les produits alimentaires est fournie pour séparer des composants alimentaires ayant différentes activités de l'eau et pour empêcher ou inhiber de manière significative le mouvement de l'eau entre les composants alimentaires. La barrière comestible multicouche contre l'humidité de la présente invention comporte une couche lipidique et une couche hydrophobe flexible.
