Abstract

ABSTRACT La présente invention se rapporte à certains dérivés du tétrazole de formule (I) et à leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, qui présentent des propriétés pharmacologiques utiles, par exemple comme agonistes du récepteur RUP25. La présente invention se rapporte également à des compositions contenant les composés de l'invention et à des méthodes d'utilisation des composés et des compositions de l'invention dans le traitement d'un trouble en liaison avec le métabolisme, y compris la dyslipidémie, l'athérosclérose, la maladie cardio - coronaire, la résistance à l'insuline, le diabète de type 2, le Syndrome X et d'autres troubles similaires. De plus, la présente invention se rapporte également à l'utilisation des composés de l'invention en combinaison avec d'autres agents actifs comme ceux appartenant au groupe des inhibiteurs de Pa-glucosidase, des inhibiteurs de Paldose réductase, des biguanidines, des inhibiteurs de la HMG-CoA réductase, des inhibiteurs de la synthèse du squalène, des fibrates, des activateurs du catabolisme LDL, des inhibiteurs de l'enzyme de conversion des angiotensines (ACE), des activateurs de la sécrétion d'insuline et d'autres agents similaires.
