Abstract
Le traitement des oeufs ovul et matures, qui peuvent être obtenus naturellement sans abattre l'animal, a eu des résultats non satisfaisants jusqu'à ce point, car les oeufs ovules ont habituellement éclaté. Dans la méthode selon la présente invention, après la récolte naturelle, les oeufs ovules sont traités exogènement utilisant au moins une molécule de transduction de signal apparaissant naturellement dans la cellule d'oeufs, telle que le dioxide d'hydrogène et/ou le chlorure de calcium. Ovoperoxydase est ainsi activé, ce qui cause la formation et le durcissement d'unemembrane extracellulaire d'oeufs. Une possibilité absolument inoffensive de traitement, qui est irréprochable dans le droit législation alimentaire, pour le durcissement des oeufs ovules a été trouvé par le traitement des oeufs ovulés utilisant une molécule apparaissant naturellement aussi dans la cellule d'oeufs, qui est autrement formée dans la cellule normale du métabolisme pour éviter le polyspermie. Le degré de durcissement est réglable par la durée du traitement. Les oeufs durcis, dont le durcissement artificiel peut être détecté sous le microscope électronique par une structure spéciale, peuvent être mieux conservés et stockés, car la méthode a en plus un effet bactéricide et évite l'efflorescence de tyrosine.
