Abstract
Cette invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés d'aminopyrimidine de formule (i) et des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci qui s'avèrent interagir avec la tyrosine kinase de bruton (btk). Ainsi, ces nouvelles aminopyrimidines peuvent être efficaces pour traiter les troubles auto-immuns, les maladies inflammatoires, les maladies allergiques, les maladies des voies aériennes telles que l'asthme et la broncho-pneumopathie chronique obstructive (bpco), le rejet de greffe, et les cancers, par exemple d'origine hématopoïétique, ou les tumeurs solides.
