Abstract
La présente invention concerne une nouvelle forme cristalline de 1-(1,2-diméthylpropyl)-n-éthyl-5-méthyl-n-pyridazin-4-yl-pyrazole-4-carboxamide récemment attribuée le nom commun dimpropyridaz. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de la forme cristalline b pour lutter contre des parasites invertébrés et des formulations pour la protection des plantes contenant la forme cristalline b de 1-(1,2-diméthylpropyl))-n-éthyl-5-méthyl-n-pyridazin-4-yl-pyrazole-4-carboxamide. La forme cristalline b selon la présente invention peut être identifiée par diffractométrie de rayons x sur poudre sur la base de son diagramme de diffraction de rayons x sur poudre, ci-après également appelé motif de diffraction de rayons x sur poudre ou motif pxrd, de la forme polymorphe b enregistrée à l'aide d'un rayonnement cu-ka (1,54178 å) à 25 °c affiche les 3 réflexions suivantes, indiquées par des valeurs 2? : 20,69 ± 0,10°, 24,15 ± 0,10° et 30,52 ± 0,10°. Outre ces 3 réflexions, le polymorphe b selon la présente invention peut afficher dans un tel motif pxrd un ou plusieurs, en particulier au moins 2, souvent au moins 4, en particulier au moins 6 ou au moins 8 réflexions, et plus particulièrement, toutes les réflexions indiquées ci-après par des valeurs 2? : 7,99 ± 0,10°, 10,07 ± 0,10°, 12,38 ± 0,10°, 15,31 ± 0,10°, 15,97 ± 0,10°, 16,50 ± 0,10°, 18,03 ± 0,10°, 19,29 ± 0,10°, 20,22 ±. 0,10°, 20,96 ± 0,10°, 23,40 ± 0,10°, 23,70 ± 0,10°, 26,09 ± 0,10°, 27,26 ± 0,10° et 32,91 ± 0,10°.
