Abstract
Inventia se refera la industria vinicola, in special la un procedeu de invechire a distilatelor.Procedeul, conform inventiei, include imbogatirea loturilor de distilate crude cu componentele lemnului de stejar prin macerare termica fractionata a distilatelor pe lemn de stejar, maruntit pana la 20 mm, in cantitate de 4...8 g/dm3 pentru fiecare lot, la o temperatura de 70...40oC, asamblarea distilatelor imbogatite si invechirea lor in prezenta doagelor de stejar. Totodata macerarea termica se efectueaza pe amestecul de lemn de stejar obtinut din lemnul de stejar acumulat de la imbogatirea a 1...10 loturi de distilate precedente si lemnul de stejar proaspat adaugat pentru fiecare lot. Rezultatul consta in folosirea mai completa a lemnului de stejar si in micsorarea volumului de munca. ŕ
