Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include macerarea termică triplă a distilatelor crude pe lemn de stejar mărunţit până la 20 mm în cantitatea sumară de 4…8 g/dm3, cu scăderea temperaturii treptat de la 70°C până la 60…40°C, durata macerărilor 1, 2 şi 3 fiind de 2…3, 3…5 şi nu mai puţin de 7 zile respectiv. După aceasta urmează maturarea distilatelor, cu sau fără asamblare, în prezenţa doagelor de stejar utilizate, în decurs de nu mai puţin de 5 luni, cu administrarea oxigenului de 1...2 ori în doză a câte 25…35 mg/dm3.Rezultatul constă în utilizarea mai raţională a rezervei tehnologice de lemn de stejar şi în intensificarea procesului de maturare a distilatelor.
