Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă, în special la un procedeu de învechire a distilatelor.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include îmbogăţirea loturilor de distilate crude cu componentele lemnului de stejar prin macerare termică fracţionată a distilatelor pe lemn de stejar, mărunţit până la 20 mm, în cantitate de 4…8 g/dm3 pentru fiecare lot, la o temperatură de 70…40°C, asamblarea distilatelor îmbogăţite şi învechirea lor în prezenţa doagelor de stejar. Totodată macerarea termică se efectuează pe amestecul de lemn de stejar obţinut din lemnul de stejar acumulat de la îmbogăţirea a 1…10 loturi de distilate precedente şi lemnul de stejar proaspăt adăugat pentru fiecare lot.Rezultatul constă în folosirea mai completă a lemnului de stejar şi în micşorarea volumului de muncă.
