Abstract
Изобретение относится к координационной химии, в частности к гетеродиядерному координационному соединению Ba-Co с свойствами стимулятора синтеза биологически активных веществ в грибах, и может быть использовано в биотехнологии культивирования мицелиальных грибов с целью увеличения биосинтеза ферментов и продуктивности микробной биомассы.Согласно изобретению, заявляется координационное соединение трис(2,6-диметил пиридиндикарбоксилат-1kONO)-ди-µ-(изотиоцианато-1,2kN)-(диизотиоцианато-2kN)барий(II)кобальт(II) с формулой [BaL3-µ-(NCS)2-Co(NCS)2], в которой L представляет собой сложный диметиловый эфир 2,6-пиридиндикарбоксиловой кислоты.Заявленное координационное соединение увеличивает биосинтез внеклеточных амилаз у штамма грибов Aspergillus nigerCNMN FD 06, что позволяет сократить цикл культивирования на 24 часа. Также, соединение увеличивает количество мицелиальной биомассы у штамма Lentinus edodes (Berk.) Sing. CNMN FB 01, что позволяет сократить цикл культивирования на 48 часов.
