Abstract
La presente descripción se refiere a composiciones y métodos útiles para la producción de proteínas heterólogas en células de hongos filamentosos, en particular en una célula de hongo filamentoso que comprende por lo menos tres proteasa endógenas que tienen actividad reducida y un polinucleótido recombinante que codifica un polipéptido heterólogo, en donde el polipéptido se produce en un nivel de por lo menos dos veces mayor que el nivel de producción del polipéptido en una célula de hongo filamentoso parental correspondiente en la cual las proteasas no tienen la actividad reducida.
