Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para fabricar una red no tejida de alta esponjosidad de material no tejido que comprende fibras de múltiples componentes engarzadas, el proceso que comprende hilar continuamente las fibras, dirigir las fibras a una banda de hilar mediante deflectores y/o flujos de aire, colocar las fibras en la banda de hilar y preconsolidar las fibras después de la colocación al usar uno o más rodillos de preconsolidación para formar una red preconsolidada, en donde un primer componente de las fibras comprende un homopolímero PP y un segundo componente de las fibras comprende un copolimero PP/PE, en donde los rodillos de preconsolidación se operan a una temperatura menor a 110°C y/o una fuerza de contacto linear menor a 5 N/mm.
