Abstract
Un producto alimenticio de huevo y un método para fabricar lo mismo. En una modalidad, el método para preparar un producto alimenticio comprende alimentar una composición líquida a una cavidad, la composición líquida comprende por lo menos un 80% de huevo líquido que comprende albúmina y yema; mezclar la composición líquida en la cavidad; elevar la temperatura de la composición líquida mezclada a más de 24°C (175°F) y después de elevar la temperatura, extrudir la composición líquida mezclada a través de una cavidad de matriz que tiene una temperatura mayor que 24°C (175°F) para solidificar y dar forma a la composición líquida mezclada en una composición sólida y cortar la composición sólida a una longitud deseada.
