Abstract
La presente invención provee una estructura unida superpuesta en donde se puede evitar la ruptura de una sección unida en los agujeros formados durante la unión cuando una sección superpuesta formada superponiendo una pluralidad de miembros de placa se une por medio de un medio de unión mecánico o un medio de punto de agitación por fricción-soldadura. Esta estructura unida superpuesta, en donde las partes superpuestas de una pluralidad de miembros de placa se sueldan por puntos en una pluralidad de secciones unidas por medio de medios de unión mecánica o medios de soldadura por puntos de agitación por fricción, y en las secciones unidas un agujero en el que los medios de unión mecánica se insertan o existe un agujero formado durante la soldadura por puntos por los medios de soldadura por puntos de agitación por fricción en al menos un miembro de placa, se caracteriza porque se forma un rebaje recortado entre secciones unidas adyacentes, desde una porción extrema de la sección superpuesta en la dirección de la sección unida, en la sección superpuesta de al menos una de las secciones de placa, y cuando el diámetro interno del agujero es K, se forma una parte inferior interna del rebaje recortado en una posición que tiene una profundidad de K o mayor desde la porción final de la sección superpuesta.
