Abstract

Behandlingsmiddel som kan herdes med elektron- bestråling og som omfatter en harpiks med høyt kokepunkt i en andel på ikke mindre enn 10 vekt%, og som er anvendelig for et cellulosesubstrat. Den høytkokende harpiks innbefatter over 90 vekt% av en radikalpolymeriserbar komponent med høyt koke- punkt som innbefatter et bestemt akrylderivat i en andel på ikke mindre 5 vekt%. Det beskrives også en fremgangsmåte for herdebehandling med elektron- bestråling som omfatter å impregnere og/eller belegge et materiaie som skai. behandles, med behandlings- midlet og deretter bestråle det impregnerte og/eller belagte materialet med elektronstråling med 50-500 kV akselerasjonsspenning og med 10-1.000 kGy dose. En varme-radikal-herdbar harpiksblanding og behand- lingsmidlet omfatter et bestemt akrylderivat og en bestent harpiks som har en polymeriserbar dobbelt- binding direkte bundet til en esterbinding.
