Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for å fremstille flytedeler (11) og fartøyer for sjøbruk, formdeler (l, 8) og et apparat for slik fremstilling. Flytedelene kan være båt- skrog eller deler av slike og innbefatter minst ett trinn med filamentomvikling, særlig armeringsfibre. En formdel (1,8) med hovedsakelig inner- eller ytterfor- men av den flytedel (11) som skal fremstilles lages først. Formdelen omvikles, og samtidig lages en ytter- form (7). Formdelene kan ha spor (9) og/eller kontur- deler (10) samt midler for å øke friksjonen mellom ytterflaten og omviklingsfibrene. På denne måte kan man ved hjelp av omviklingen bygge opp minst ett strukturorgan. Omviklingen dekker formdelen (l, 8) utenpå og kan innebære omvikling av fibre som er im- pregnert med harpiks, idet disse fibre legges i bestemte retninger som er fastlagt ved innledende analyse av hvor påkjenningene vil komme på den ferdige flytedel. Minst ett fiberlag legges. Flytedelen.(l 1) er særlig kjenneteg- net ved at den er bygget opp av minst ett parti av et skrog og/eller en bro fremstilt ved hjelp av denne fremgangsmåte.
