Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte og en anordning for termisk behandling av ristaske (12) fra et søppelfor- brenningsanlegg med et forbrenningsrom (5) og en slaggsjakt. (7), hvor ristasken (12) føres fra søppelforbrenningsanleg- get inn i et rotasjonsrør (10), og der behandles termisk ved hjelp av et brensel (20) som omsettes med oksygen eller oksygenanriket luft (19). Oppfinnelsen er karakterisert ved at ristasken (12) via en tilførselsanordning (15) føres direkte fra slaggsjakten (7) inn i rotasjonsrøret (10), og avgassene (14) som oppstår ved den termiske behandling i rotasjonsrøret (10) tilbakeføres til søppelforbrenningsan- leggets forbrenningsrom (5) og føres sammen med avgassene (22) fra søppelforbrenningen.
