Abstract

Forbedret fremgangsmåte for prosessering av et smeltet ikke-ferrometall og legeringer av metallet ved bruk av en tildekningsgass som har et globalt oppvarmingspotensial. Forbedringen innebærer redusering av det globale oppvarmingspotensialet til tildekningsgassen ved tildekning av smeltet ikke-ferrometall og legeringer med en gass-formig blanding som innbefatter minst én forbindelse valgt fra gruppen bestående av S0F, NF, S0C1F, SOFSOF, NOF og SF.
