Abstract

Nye pyrrol derivater med formel (I). og deres farmasøytisk akseptable syre addisjons salter som har overlegen antimycobakterielle aktivitet mot klinisk sensitive så vel som resistente stammer av Mycobacterium tuberculosis samt at de har lavere toksisitet sammenliknet med kjente forbindelser. Anvendelse av de nye forbindelsene med formel (I) for behandling av latent tuberkulose inkludert Multi Drug Resistent Tuberkulose (MDR TB). Det blir beskrevet fremgangsmåter for fremstilling av de nye forbindelsene, farmasøytiske sammensetninger som inneholder de nye forbindelsene og fremgangsmåter for behandling av MDR TB ved administrering av forbindelsene med formel (I).
