Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen angår målingsanordninger som anvendes for måling av akselerasjon, og spesifikt til kapasitive akselerasjonssensorer. Den kapasitive akselerasjonssensoren i samsvar med oppfinnelsen omfatter et par elekttoder bestående av en bevegelig elekttode (4) og en stasjonær elekttode (5), og, relatert til paret elekttoder, et isolatorfremspring med et spesielt belegg. Oppfinnelsen tilveiebringer en forbedret, mer varig sensorkonstruksjon, som motstår slitasje forårsaket av overbelastningssituasjoner bedre enn tidligere konstruksjoner.
