Abstract

Karboksamidderivat av amidtype med generell formel [1]: hvor X er -N= eller -CH=; R1 er halogen, lavere alkyl etc; R2 har formel [2] Y1 og Y2 er like eller forskjellige og er halogen eller en gruppe valgt blant lavere alkyl, lavere alkoksy etc.; og ring A er fenyl etc. Det beskrives også farmakologisk akseptable salter av derivatet. Derivatet og saltene er anvendelige som medisin, særlig som en FXa-inhibitor. hvor X er -N= eller -CH=; R1 er halogen, lavere alkyl etc; R2 har formel [2] Y1 og Y2 er like eller forskjellige og er halogen eller en gruppe valgt blant lavere alkyl, lavere alkoksy etc.; og ring A er fenyl etc. Det beskrives også farmakologisk akseptable salter av derivatet. Derivatet og saltene er anvendelige som medisin, særlig som en FXa-inhibitor.
