Abstract

Transdermiske spray-formuleringer omfattende en farmasøytisk aktiv forbindelse og framgangsmåter for administrasjon. Formuleringene omfatter den aktive forbindelsen, en VP/VA kopolymer og en ikke-vandig vehikkel. Formuleringene omfatter ytterligere en antinuklerende forbindelse for å hindre rekrystallering av den farmasøytiske aktive forbindelsen, og en penetrasjonsfremmer for å øke hastigheten på medikamentadministrasjon gjennom huden. Ved påføring på huden, tørker foreliggende formulering for å gi en film på behandlings-stedet.
