Abstract
Ved å underkaste en gjenget skjøt for OCTG ("oil country tubular goods") for overflatekondisjonering med en vandig løsning av kaliumtetraborat eller natriumtetraborat før manganfosfatkjemisk omdannelsesbehandling, dannes et manganfosfatkjemisk omdannelsesbelegg med grove krystallkorn med en gjennomsnittlig krystallkorndiameter på 10 til 110 mikrometer på overflaten av et stålelement som kan være et hvilket som helst stål som inkluderer et stål med høyt Cr innhold. Dette manganfosfatkjemiske omdannelsesbelegg kan inneholde en stor mengde av et flytende smøremiddel, og det er effektivt til å forebygge forekomsten av gnaging ved tidspunktet for tiltrekking av en gjenget skjøt for OCTG.
