Abstract

"CONDICIONAMENTO DE SUPERFìCIE ANTES DO TRATAMENTO DE CONVERSãO QUìMICA DE UM MEMBRO DE AçO". A presente invenção refere-se submetendo uma junta rosqueada para OCTG (produtos tubulares empregados em campos petrolíferos ou tubos para cavidades de petróleo) ao condicionamento de superfície com uma solução aquosa de tetraborato de potássio ou tetraborato de sódio antes do tratamento de conversão química de fosfato de manganês, um revestimento de conversão química de fosfato de manganês tendo grãos de cristal brutos com um diâmetro médio de grãos de cristal de 1O - 11O micrómetros é formado na superfície do membro de aço que pode ser qualquer aço inclusive um aço de alto teor de Cr. Esse revestimento de conversão química de fosfato de manganês pode manter uma grande quantidade de um líquido lubrificante, e é eficaz na prevenção da ocorrência de atrito no momento da constituição de uma junta rosqueada para OCTG.
