Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en preform for å produsere en plastbeholder for pakking av matvarer, og spesielt til formblåsing av tynnveggede beholdere som kan hermetisk lukkes med et metallokk ved dobbel falseskjøting. Preformen (1) omfatter et legeme (4) og en konveks halvkuleformet bunn (6). Legemet (4) har en konisk form som utvides mot en sylindrisk hals (2) omgitt av en flens (3) som avsluttes i en fortykket rand (5). Foretrukket er vinkelen (a) hvorved den interne legemsoverflaten (4) utvides mot den sylindriske halsen større enn vinkelen (ß) hvorved den eksterne legemsoverflaten (4) åpner opp utover, og tykkelsen (g2) til den sylindriske halsen (2) er mindre enn tykkelsen (g3) til bunnen (6).
