Abstract
I Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår forbindelser med den generelle formel I hvor R1 er gruppen (A) eller (B) eller (C) eller (D): R2 er en ikke-aromatisk heterocyklisk gruppe eller er OR' eller N(R'')2; R' er lavere alkyl, lavere alkyl substituert med halogen eller -(CH2)n-cykloalkyl; R'' er lavere alkyl; R3 er NO2, CN eller SO2R'; R4 er hydrogen, hydroksy, halogen, NO2, lavere alkyl, lavere alkyl substituert med halogen, lavere alkoksy, SO2R' eller C(O)OR''; R5/R6/R7 er hydrogen, halogen, lavere alkyl eller lavere alkyl substituert med halogen; X1/X1' er CH eller N, med det forbehold at X1/X1' ikke samtidig er CH; X2 er O, S, NH eller N(lavere alkyl); n er 0, 1 eller 2; og farmasøytisk aktive syreaddisjonssalter og anvendelse av dem ved behandling av nevrologiske og nevropsykiatriske lidelser.
