Mevcut bulus, R' nin düsük alkil, düsük alkenil, düsük alkinil, sikloalkil, düsük alkoksi ya da CF3' ü belirttigi, R1' in hidrojen ya da düsük alkili belirttigi, R2 ve R3' ün birbirinden bagimsiz olarak hidrojen, halojen ya da nitro'yu belirttigi, Y' nin CH ya da N' yi belirttigi, n' nin 0-6 oldugu, m' nin 0-2 oldugu genel formül (I)' in karbonilamino türevlerinin ve bunlarin farmasötik olarak kabul edilebilir tuzlarinin metabolik glütamat alici antagonistleri ve/veya agonistlerle ilgili hastaliklarin tedavisinde kullanilmasiyla ilgilidir.
