Difosfonsyrer med formel (I) (A) 3 N-(C)-CK-C-N¿ (B) |l O II O U.-V .j_ ¿OR-, hvor R! og R2 er hydrogen eller C1-C4-alkyl; (A) er hydrogen, halogen, hydroksy eller C1-C12~ alkyl; (B) er en binding, en C^-Cg-alkylenkjede, en cyklo- alkylalkylenkjede, en alkylenkjede substituert med cykloheksyl eller cyklopentylgrupper, eller en aralkylkjede, en alkylkjede som inneholder et heteroatom (O, S eller N-CH3) eller en ureidorest - (CH2)ni-NHCONH-(CH2)n-, hvor n varierer fra l til 5, R3 er hydrogen, C^-Cg-alkyl, C3-C6-cykloalkyl, benzyl, fenyl eller p-metoksybenzyl; (C) er Ci-Cs-alkyl, fenyl eller en aralkylkjede; R4 er hydrogen, C1-C4-alkyl eller en aminogruppe eventuelt substituert med alkyl, fenyl, benzyl, p- metoksybenzyl, acyl, aminoeddiksyre- eller pep- tidgrupper, R5 og R6 er 2-halogenetyl eller de danner sammen en 1-aziridinylrest, er nyttige som atitumormidler.
