Farmasøytisk preparat egnet for administrering til mennesker for forhindring eller behandling av immunologiske sykdommer, inkluderer: et immunkompleks av et antigen og et renset antistoff som er spesifikt for dette, hvor antigenet er valgt fra gruppen bestående av antigener som for-årsaker patogene, immunologiske reak-sjoner ved autoimmunsykdom og trans-plantatawisninger, og antigenet og antistoffet er til stede i et forhold hvorved antistoffet blokkerer i det vesentlige alle bindingsseter i antigenet, og en farmakologisk akseptabel bærer eller fortynner. Oppfinnelsen tilveiebringer også en fremgangsmåte for administrering av preparatet for behandling av autoimmunsykdom og behandling eller forhindring av trans-plantatawisninger.
