Abstract
Bindeanordning for armeringsjern En armeringsjern-bindingsanordning med enkel konstruksjon og liten vekt som er i stand til å forhindre eksponering av tråd fra betong som kan forårsake korrosjon av armeringsjern, ved å redusere høyden av det tvunnede partiet til tråden, omfattende et hovedlegeme (1), en løkkefonmingsenhet (3) med et par av buede deler (2A. 28) med spor anbrakt ved den førende enden av hovedlegemet (1) for på den måten å kunne fritt åpnes og lukkes, i hvilken hovedlegemet (1) omfatter en trådmater (5) for forming av en løkke av tråd (4) ved mating av tråden (4) inn i sporene til paret av buede deler (2A, 2B) i en lukket tilstand for på den måten å lukke krysningspunktet til anmeringsjernene (60), og en drivmekanisme (6) som innbefatter en motor (21) for åpning eller lukking av paret av buede deler (2A, 2B) og. etter forming av løkken, fremføring og tilbaketrekking av en kutter (36) for avkutting av tråden (4) som sendes ut av sporene, tvinning av den formede løkken, og fremføring, tilbaketrekking og rotering av paret av boltdeler (37) anbrakt ved et intervall for sekvensiell binding av armeringsjernene (60) ved hjelp av tråden (4).
