Abstract

The process of producing breadnut polvoron compnsing the steps of: placing breadnut seed flour in a frying pan, toasting the breadnut seed flour at a predetermined temperature until light brown color of breadnut seed flour is obtained, adding sugar and milk into the toasted breadnut seed flour, mixing thoroughly the added sugar and milk to the toasted breadnut seed flour, continue toasting for 3 minutes the toasted breadnut seed flour and milk mixture, adding melted butter and chopped toasted breadnut seeds to the toasted breadnut seed flour and milk mixture, mixing the toasted mixture (Breadnut seed flour, milk, sugar, melted butter and chopped toasted breadnut seeds) thoroughly, cooling the toasted mixture, molding the toasted mixture using a molder, and wrapping the molded toasted mixture using a Japanese paper (washi) or colored cellophane.
