Karnet wigilijny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karnet wigilijny, przeznaczony do przeslania zyczen z okazji Swiat Bozego Narodzenia. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karnet wigilijny moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu, z tworzyw sztucznych oraz z folii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l- ilustruje karnet w widoku od frontu w stanie zlozonym, fig. 2 - karnet w stanie rozlozonym. Zalaczone fotografie, fig.3-10 ilustruja poszczególne odmiany karnetu w stanie zlozonym, w widoku ogólnym, zas fig. 11-fig. 18 w stanie rozlozonym, w widoku ogólnym. Karnet wigilijny, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonany z jednego arkusza kartonu, zgietego posrodku. Ma on postac okladki. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The Christmas Eve card can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, plastic, or foil. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the card from the front in a folded state, Fig. 2 shows the card in an unfolded state. The attached photographs, Figs. 3-10, illustrate individual variations of the card in a folded state, from a general view, while Fig. 11-Fig. 18 shows the card in an unfolded state, from a general view. The Christmas Eve card, in accordance with the industrial design, is made from a single sheet of cardboard, folded in the center. This serves as a cover. The outer surface of the card is decorated with drawings, inscriptions, and graphic motifs, alluding to Christmas.
