Karnet wigilijny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karnet wigilijny, przeznaczony do przeslania zyczen z okazji Swiat Bozego Narodzenia. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karnet wigilijny moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu, z tworzyw sztucznych oraz z folii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje karnet w widoku perspektywicznym od frontu, w stanie zlozonym, natomiast fig.2 - uwidacznia karnet w stanie rozlozonym. The industrial design is a Christmas Eve card, intended for sending Christmas greetings. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The Christmas Eve card can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, plastic, or foil. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the card in a perspective frontal view, folded, while Fig. 2 shows the card unfolded. The design is presented in the attached photographs, Figs. 3-9, illustrating individual variations of the card in the folded state and from a general view. Photographs Fig. 10-Fig. 16 show the card unfolded. The Christmas Eve card, in accordance with the industrial design, is made from a single sheet of cardboard, folded in the center. It takes the form of a cover, the outer surface of which is decorated with drawings, inscriptions, and graphic motifs, alluding to Christmas. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The significant features of the industrial design, variant 1, shown in Figures 1 and 2, and in the photographs, Figures 3 and 10, include that the card is shaped as a cover 1 folded in half, with an opening 2 made in the front wall on the side of the fold line.
