Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karta swiateczna, znajdujaca najczesciej zastosowanie w okresie poprzedzajacym Swieta Bozego Narodzenia. Karta moze byc przesylana lub bezposrednio ofiarowywana znajomym, przyjaciolom, krewnym i innym osobom z okazji Swiat Bozego Narodzenia Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karta okolicznosciowa moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu lub z tworzyw sztucznych. The card can be sent or given directly to friends, relatives, and other individuals on Christmas Day. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given its unique character by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. A greeting card can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, or plastic. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, where fig. 1 shows the Christmas card in the folded state, front view, variant 1, fig. 2 - illustrates the card in the unfolded state, inside view, variant 1, fig. 3 - shows the Christmas card in the folded state, front view, variant 2, while fig. 4 - shows the card in the unfolded state, inside view, variant 2. The Christmas card, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of one sheet of cardboard, bent Along the edges in the center, it forms a cover. The card's surface is decorated with drawings and fanciful, stylized inscriptions, alluding to Christmas. Among the significant features of industrial design variant 1, presented in photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and in the drawing Fig. 5, is a cut in the front wall of the Christmas card, creating a slit 2, through which a fragment of the wafer 3 protrudes and is visible from the front. The remaining part of the wafer is attached to the inside of the card. Slit 2 has the outline of part of the outline of the drawing decorating the card and creates a harmonious whole with the remaining surface of the Christmas card. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 2, presented in photographs, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, and in the drawing, Fig. 6, include a cut in the front wall 1 of the Christmas card, creating a slit 2, through which a fragment of the wafer 3 protrudes and is visible from the front.
