Znane sa meble wypoczynkowe o róznych ksztaltach i obrysie bryly. Nowa postac mebli wypoczynkowych zapewnia efekt estetyczny poprzez specyficzne uksztal- towanie bryly mebla i poszczególnych elementów tej bryly oraz wizualne wykonczenie podlo- kietników i frontów mebli. Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmiotowego wzoru uwidoczniono w sposób pelny na rysunkach, stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustru- jacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. Meble wraz z odmianami uwidoczniono na rysunkach, które ukazuja: fig. 1 - widok z ukosa sofy 2-osobowej z poduchami, fig. 2 - widok z ukosa sofy rozlozonej, fig. 3 - widok z ukosa fotela, fig. 4 - sofe 3-osobowa z poduchami, fig 5 - szczegól z noga, Istotnymi cechami wyrózniajacymi wszystkie odmiany zestawu meblowego sa: - wysoko podniesiona dolne krawedzie boków 2 i skrzyni 1 z siedziskiem 3, przy czym górne kra- wedzie oparcia 4 wystaja ponad poziom krawedzi boków 2, jak pokazano na fig. 1; - nogi 7_mebla sa kanciaste metalowe na naroznikach mebla, jak pokazano na fig.S, a na oparciach umieszczone sa dodatkowo poduchy 6, jak pokazano na fig. 3 i fig. 4. W poszczególnych odmianach zestawu meblowego cechami istotnymi sa: w odmianie I - jest to rozkladana sofii 3-osobowa, jak pokazano na fig. 2; w odmianie II - jest to sofa 2-osobowa, jak pokazano na fig. 4;w odmianie m - jest to fotel, jak pokazano na fig. 3. Z pokazanych na figurach rysunku mebli wypoczynkowych, mozliwe jest stworzenie zestawu skladajacego sie z kombinacji poszczególnych odmian mebla wypoczynkowego. Nogi 7 mebla sa kanciaste metalowe na naroznikach mebla, a na oparciach umieszczone sa dodatkowo poduchy 6. Meble wypoczynkowe pokryte sa materialem tapicerskim w róznych kolorach i rodzajach ma- terialu i o róznej fakturze powierzchni. Meble wykonane w postaci wzoru i jego odmian, wyznaczonych zastrzeganymi cechami istot- nymi, posiadaja swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. The industrial design registration right is valid from January 18, 2007. The subject of the industrial design is a new and original piece of lounge furniture. Lounge furniture of various shapes and contours is known. This new form of lounge furniture provides an aesthetic effect through the specific shape of the furniture body and individual elements of this body, as well as the visual finish of the armrests and furniture fronts. The manifestations of industrial design creativity that define the essence of the design in question are fully demonstrated in the drawings, which constitute an integral part of the application and, together with the design description, illustrate the features essential to the scope of the requested legal protection. The furniture and its variants are shown in the drawings which show: fig. 1 - diagonal view of a 2-seater sofa with cushions, fig. 2 - diagonal view of an unfolded sofa, fig. 3 - diagonal view of an armchair, fig. 4 - 3-seater sofa with cushions, fig. 5 - detail with a leg. The essential features distinguishing all the variants of the furniture set are: - highly raised lower edges of the sides 2 and the box 1 with the seat 3, with the upper edges of the backrest 4 protruding above the level of the edges of the sides 2, as shown in fig. 1; - the legs 7 of the furniture are angular metal on the corners of the furniture, as shown in fig. S, and additional cushions 6 are placed on the backrests, as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4. In the individual variants of the furniture set, the essential features are: in variant I - it is a 3-seater sofa, as shown in fig. 2; in variant II - it is a 2-seater sofa, as shown in fig. 4; in variant m - it is an armchair, as shown in fig. 3. From the lounge furniture shown in the figures, it is possible to create a set consisting of a combination of the individual variants of the lounge furniture. The lounge furniture according to the design has highly raised lower edges of the sides 2 and the box 1 with the seat 3, with the upper edges of the backrest 4 protruding above the level of the edges of the sides 2. The furniture legs 7 are angular metal on the corners of the furniture, and additional cushions 6 are placed on the backrests. The lounge furniture is covered with upholstery material in various colors and types of material and with different surface textures. The furniture made in the form of the design and its variants, designated by the claimed essential features, have a specific and original appearance.
