Poszczególne odmiany mebla róznia sie miedzy soba nieznacznie: Odmiana I mebla - posiada w widoku z boku obrys zblizony do kwadratu z wystaja- cym nieznacznie siedziskiem 3 i widoczna luka 4 do plaszczyzny oparcia 1, jak pokaza- no na fig. 8 oraz elementy boczne 5, o stalej grubosci, odchylajace sie w góre na ze- wnatrz w widoku od przodu, jak pokazano na fig. 7. Odmiana n mebla - posiada w widoku z boku obrys zblizony do kwadratu, jak poka- zano na fig. 3, a luka 4 pomiedzy oparciem 1 i elementami bocznymi 5 widoczna w widoku z przodu oraz elementy boczne 5, o stalej grubosci, odchylajace sie na ze- wnatrz, jak pokazano na fig. 14 . Odmiana VII mebla - posiada w widoku z boku obrys zblizony do kwadratu z wysta- jacym nieznacznie siedziskiem 3 i widoczna luka 4 do plaszczyzny oparcia 1, jak poka- zano na fig. 8 oraz elementy boczne 5, o stalej grubosci, odchylajace sie w góre na ze- wnatrz w widoku od przodu, jak pokazano na fig. 9; jest wariantem trójosobowym odmiany I mebla. Odmiana VIII mebla - o obrysie zblizonym do kwadratu posiada elementy boczne 5 zwezajace sie ku górze do klinów i luka 4 w widoku z przodu, jak pokazano na fig. 13 i z boku na fig. 15.Odmiana IX mebla - jest wieloosobowym wariantem mebla odmiany VIII o obrysie zblizonym do kwadratu, luka 4 w widoku z przodu i posiada elementy boczne 5 zwe- zajace sie ku górze do klinów, jak pokazano na fig. 15. Dla wymagajacego uzytkownika zaprojektowane zostaly dodatkowo prostopadlo- scienny szezlog 6 w postaci zgietego prostopadloscianu ukazany na fig. 1 1 i fig. 12 o wysokosci identycznej jak pojedynczy mebel w widoku z przodu i prostopadloscienna pufa o wymiarach siedziska wszystkich odmian mebli. Z natury swojej pufa i szezlon- gnie maja elementów bocznych 5. Jak pokazano na figurach rysunku, mebel w widoku z boku miesci sie w obrysie kwadratu, natomiast w widoku z przodu miesci sie w obrysie prostokata, z wyjatkiem wystajacej ewentualnie górnej krawedzi elementów bocznych 5. Meble wykonane w postaci wzoru i jego odmian, wyznaczonych zastrzeganymi ce- chami istotnymi, posiadaja swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Na fotografiach ukazano przykladowe wykonania mebli tapicerowanych z tkanina ze wzorem kwiatowym. Na fot. 1 pokazano fotel, na fot. 2 - pufe, na fot. 3 - szez- long, a na dalszych sofy. Meble tapicerowane pokryte sa tradycyjnymi materialami tapicerskimi, zarówno z wlókien naturalnych, sztucznych, ekoskóry i skóry naturalnej. Szczególnie ze wzgledu na forme przestrzenna preferowane sa obicia tapicerskie ze wzorem kwiatowym. The subject of the industrial design is new and original upholstered furniture. Upholstered furniture of various shapes and contours is known. This new form of upholstered furniture provides an aesthetic effect through the specific shaping of the side elements. The manifestations of industrial design creativity that define the essence of the design in question are fully demonstrated in drawings and photographs, which constitute an integral part of the application and, together with the description of the design, illustrate the features essential to the scope of the sought legal protection. The furniture designs and their variations are shown in the drawings which show: fig. 1 - a piece of furniture in an oblique view with trapezoidal side elements with the base upwards, fig. 2 - a piece of furniture in an oblique view with arc-shaped side elements, fig. 3 - a piece of furniture in an oblique view with arc-shaped side elements in the shape of a flower calyx, fig. 4 - a piece of furniture in an oblique view with side elements narrowing upwards, figs. 5 and 6 - pouffe in two side views, fig. 7 - armchair variant I in front view, fig. 8 - furniture variant I in side view, fig. 9 - sofa variant I in front view, fig. 10 - three-seater sofa variant I in front view, figs. 11 and 12 - chaise longue from the front and side, fig. 13 - armchair with side elements narrowing upwards to a wedge in a front view, fig. 14 - armchair with side elements of constant thickness and arcs visible from the front, fig. 8 - furniture shown in fig. 13 or fig. 14 in a side view. Important features distinguishing all varieties of upholstered furniture are: - a rectangular upholstered seat 3 and a backrest 1 of the furniture in the shape of a wedge 2 narrowing upwards, clearly separated from the level close to the seat 3 by an arc 4 from the side elements 5, the planes of which deflect upwards outwards to a height close to the height of the backrest 1, as shown in fig. 1 - fig. 4, fig. 7 and fig. 13 - fig. 14; the furniture has very low legs 7. The individual furniture variants differ slightly from each other: Furniture variant I - has a side view with an outline close to a square with a slightly protruding seat 3 and a visible arch 4 to the plane of the backrest 1, as shown in Fig. 8 and side elements 5 of constant thickness, bending upwards outwards in the front view, as shown in Fig. 7. Furniture variant n - has a side view with an outline close to a square, as shown in Fig. 3, and an arch 4 between the backrest 1 and the side elements 5 visible in the front view and side elements 5 of constant thickness, bending outwards, as shown in Fig. 14. Furniture variant HI - with a square-like outline, has side elements 5 tapering upwards to wedges and an arch 4 in a side view, as shown in Fig. 4; Furniture variant IV - has the upper edges of the backrest 1 and side elements 5 of constant thickness shaped with arches 8 up to the height of the backrest and an arch 4 visible in a side view, as shown in Fig. 2; Furniture variant V - has the upper edges of the backrest 1 and side elements 5 of constant thickness shaped with arcs 8 in the form of a flower calyx 9 and an arc 4 visible in a side view, as shown in Fig. 3. Furniture variant VI - has in a side view an outline close to a square with a slightly protruding seat 3 and an arc 4 visible to the plane of the backrest 1, as shown in Fig. 8 and side elements 5 of constant thickness, bending upwards outwards in a front view, as shown in Fig. 9; it is a two-seater variant of furniture variant I. Variation VII of the furniture has a side view of an outline close to a square with a slightly protruding seat 3 and a visible arch 4 to the plane of the backrest 1, as shown in Fig. 8, and side elements 5 of constant thickness, folding upwards outwards in the front view, as shown in Fig. 9; it is a three-seater variant of variation I of the furniture. Furniture variant VIII - with an outline close to a square has side elements 5 tapering upwards to wedges and an arch 4 in the front view, as shown in Fig. 13 and from the side in Fig. 15. Furniture variant IX - is a multi-person furniture variant of furniture variant VIII with an outline close to a square, an arch 4 in the front view and has side elements 5 tapering upwards to wedges, as shown in Fig. 15. For the demanding user, an additional cuboid sectional 6 in the form of a bent cuboid shown in Fig. 11 and Fig. 12 has been designed, with the height identical to that of a single piece of furniture in the front view, and a cuboid pouffe with the seat dimensions of all furniture variants. By their nature, pouffes and chaise lounges have 5 side elements. As shown in the drawings, the side view of the furniture fits within a square outline, while the front view fits within a rectangular outline, except for the possibly protruding upper edge of the side elements 5. Furniture made in the form of a pattern and its variations, designated by the claimed essential features, have a unique and original appearance. The photographs show examples of furniture upholstered with floral pattern fabric. Photo 1 shows an armchair, Photo 2 a pouffe, Photo 3 a chaise lounge, and the following photos show sofas. The upholstered furniture is covered with traditional upholstery materials, including natural and synthetic fibers, eco-leather, and genuine leather. Floral pattern upholstery is preferred, particularly for its spatial form. In the case of the V variety made in the shape of a flower calyx, the individual parts are also made in different shades of one color.
