Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania, glównie wyrobów perfumeryjnych, takich jak: perfumy, wody toaletowe, wody kolonskie, plyny po goleniu, wody kwiatowe, dezodoranty osobiste lub inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wykonana ze szkla lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 i na rysunku, fig. 2 i fig. 3, nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka jest uksztaltowana w formie bryly przypominajacej splaszczony prostopadloscian. Jej scianki, frontowa 1 i tylna 1' sa2 równolegle wzgledem siebie. Boczne scianki 2 i 2' sa w dolnej czesci wyprofilowane lukowo i zbiezne ku dolowi. Górna scianka 3 butelki jest plaska. Posrodku tej scianki jest rozmieszczona szyjka 4, wyposazona u góry w obwodowy pierscien 5. Dno 6 butelki jest pogrubione, wyprofilowane od wewnatrz wypukle, przy czym material pogrubionego dna 6 przenika w naroza butelki i zanika ku górze. Od wewnatrz dno 6 butelki jest wglebione. Pelnomocnik: PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle intended for packaging, primarily perfumery products, such as perfumes, toilet waters, colognes, aftershaves, floral waters, personal deodorants, and others. The essence of the design is the product's new and individual form, imparted by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. According to the industrial design, the bottle is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the bottle from the front. The subject of the design is also presented in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 2 illustrates the bottle from the front, Fig. 3 from the side, and Fig. 4 from the bottom. According to the industrial design, the bottle may be made of glass or plastic. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and in the drawings, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, include that the bottle is shaped like a solid shape resembling a flattened cuboid. Its walls, front 1 and rear 1', are parallel to each other. The side walls 2 and 2' are arc-shaped in their lower part and converge downward. The upper wall 3 of the bottle is flat. In the center of this wall is a neck 4, equipped with a circumferential ring 5 at the top. The bottom 6 of the bottle is thickened, convexly profiled on the inside, with the material of the thickened bottom 6 penetrating the corners of the bottle and fading upward.
