Zestaw baterii Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw baterii stosowanych w lazienkach i kuchniach a skladajacy sie z baterii umywalkowych, baterii bidetowej i baterii zlewozmywakowej. Zestaw baterii przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania poszczególnych elementów w bateriach. Nie sa znane baterie o podobnej formie zewnetrznej i sposobie usytuowania. Zatem baterie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowia calkowicie awangardowa forme plastyczna w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego. Baterie maja korpus w postaci krótszego lub dluzszego cylindra, posadowionego na plaskim, pierscieniowym postumencie, zwienczony cylindrycznym uchwytem sterujacym z prostopadlym drazkiem. Z korpusów, w tej samej odleglosci od uchwytu sterujacego, wyprowadzone sa wylewki o róznych ksztaltach. The set of faucets demonstrates novelty and originality in the new design of individual elements within the faucets. No faucets with a similar external form or arrangement are known. Therefore, the faucets in the industrial design represent a completely avant-garde artistic form in this field of industrial design. The faucets have a body in the form of a shorter or longer cylinder, set on a flat, annular pedestal, topped with a cylindrical control handle with a perpendicular rod. Spouts of various shapes extend from the bodies, at the same distance from the control handle. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, in which fig. 1 shows a washbasin tap with aerator spout in an axonometric view, fig. 2 shows a washbasin tap with a spout without aerator spout in an axonometric view, fig. 3 shows a bidet tap in an axonometric view, and fig. 4 shows a sink tap in an axonometric view. Essential features of the industrial design The set of taps according to the industrial design is characterized in that: - the taps have cylindrical bodies placed on a flat, ring-shaped pedestal, the height of the bodies being different, as shown in the attached photographs fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4; - the tap bodies are topped with a cylindrical control handle with a perpendicular rod, as shown in the attached photographs fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4; - a washbasin tap, having a lower body, has a perpendicular spout, curved at the end and equipped with an aerator, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1; - a washbasin tap, having a lower body, has a perpendicular spout, curved at the end, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 2; - a bidet tap, having a lower body, has a perpendicular spout, a straight spout with a narrowing at the end, equipped with an aerator, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 3; - a sink tap, having a higher body, has a perpendicular spout, curved at the end, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 4.
