Bateria toaletowa przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania poszczególnych elementów w baterii. Nie sa znane baterie toaletowe o podobnej formie zewnetrznej i sposobie usytuowania. Zatem bateria toaletowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi calkowicie awangardowa forme plastyczna w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego. The toilet tap demonstrates novelty and originality in the new design of the individual components within the tap. No toilet taps with a similar external form or arrangement are known. Therefore, the toilet tap, as presented in the industrial design, represents a completely avant-garde artistic form in this field of industrial design. The taps included in the set have a control handle located on the side or top of the cylindrical element of the tap body. The handle is a flat disc with a control lever in the shape of a rectangular frame extending from the side. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a kitchen faucet in a view, Fig. 2 a washbasin faucet in a perspective view, Fig. 3 a bathtub faucet in a perspective view, Fig. 4 a shower faucet in a perspective view, and Fig. 5 a bidet faucet in a perspective view. Essential features of the industrial design A set of faucets according to the industrial design is characterized in that each component faucet of the set has: - a body with a cylindrical element; - the cylindrical element on the side has a control handle; - the cylindrical element on the top has a control handle; - the control handle is in the form of a flat disc; - the control handle has a control lever; - the control lever has the shape of a rectangular frame.
