Bateria trzyotworowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bateria trzyotworowa toaletowa, stosowana do mieszania oraz dozowania wody zimnej i goracej. Bateria toaletowa przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania poszczególnych elementów w baterii. Nie sa znane baterie toaletowe o podobnej formie zewnetrznej i sposobie usytuowania. Zatem bateria toaletowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi calkowicie awangardowa forme plastyczna w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego. Bateria trzyotworowa ma w srodku pólkolista wylewke zas po bokach uchwyty w ksztalcie walców. Wszystkie te elementy posadowione sa na plaskich pierscieniowych postumentach. Uchwyty maja z boku wyprowadzone dzwignie sterujace. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonej fotografii, przedstawiajacej baterie trzyotworowa w widoku perspektywicznym.2 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Bateria trzyotworowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma: - w srodku pólkolista wylewke; - z boku uchwyty sterujace w ksztalcie walców z wyprowadzonymi z boku dzwigniami sterujacymi; - pólkolista wylewke i uchwyty sterujace ulokowane na plaskich pierscieniowych postumentach.3 PL PLThe industrial design is for a three-hole toilet faucet used for mixing and dispensing hot and cold water. The toilet faucet demonstrates novelty and originality in its innovative design of individual elements. No toilet faucets with a similar external form or arrangement are known. Therefore, the toilet faucet, as presented in the industrial design, represents a completely avant-garde artistic form in this field of industrial design. The three-hole faucet has a semicircular spout in the center and cylindrical handles on the sides. All these elements are mounted on flat, ring-shaped pedestals. The handles have control levers on the sides. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, which shows a three-hole tap in a perspective view.2 Essential features of the industrial design The three-hole tap according to the industrial design is characterized by the following features: - a semicircular spout in the center; - cylindrical control handles on the side with control levers extending from the side; - a semicircular spout and control handles placed on flat ring-shaped pedestals.3 PL PL
