Efekt estetyczny zapewnia nowa postac elementów zestawu, poprzez oryginalne uksztaltowanie podstaw, zewnetrznych powierzchni i linii przenikania oraz wpasowa- nie w bryle czesci z drewna lub metalu. Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmioto- wego wzoru uwidoczniono w sposób pelny na rysunkach, stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. The aesthetic effect is achieved through the new form of the set's components, through the original shaping of the bases, external surfaces, and interpenetration lines, as well as the incorporation of wood or metal parts into the body. The manifestations of industrial design creativity that define the essence of the design are fully demonstrated in the drawings, which constitute an integral part of the application and, together with the design description, illustrate the features essential to the sought legal protection. The lounge set is shown in the drawings which show: fig. 1 to fig. 3 - armchair version I, fig. 4 to fig. 6 - armchair version n, fig. 7 to fig. 9 - two-seater sofa version III, fig. 10 to fig. 12 - two-seater sofa version IV, fig. 13 and fig. 14 - three-seater sofa version V, fig. 15 and fig. 16 - three-seater sofa version VI, fig. 17 - version VII of the furniture in the form of a pouffe. As shown in the figures, the patterns have a specific appearance given by the common features listed below: - the components have an upper element 8 which in a side view is similar in shape to a telephone receiver supported on posts 9 placed in the lower element 6 which in its central part has a recess 7, as shown in figs. 2, 3; 5, 6, 8, 9, 11-17. In variant I - an important feature is the backrest 2 of the armchair, resembling a wedge widening downwards, armrests 3 similar in shape to a telephone receiver, lowering in the rear part and supported on posts 9, headrest 4 coming down in a wedge to the back of the backrest 2, as shown in fig. 1 - fig. 3. In variant II - an important feature is the backrest 2 of the armchair, resembling a wedge widening downwards, armrests 3 similar in shape to a telephone receiver, lowering in the rear part and supported on posts 9, as shown in fig. 4 - fig. 6. In variant III - an important feature is the backrest 2 of the two-seater sofa, resembling a wedge widening downwards, armrests 3 similar in shape to a telephone receiver, phonic, lowering in the rear part and supported on posts 9, headrest 4 going down in a wedge shape to the back of the backrest 2, as shown in fig. 7 - fig. 9. In variant IV - an important feature is the backrest 2 of the two-seater sofa, resembling a wedge widening towards the bottom, armrests 3 similar in shape to a telephone receiver, lowering in the rear part and supported on posts 9, as shown in fig. 10 - fig. 12. In variant V - an important feature is the backrest 2 of the three-seater sofa, resembling a wedge widening downwards, armrests 3 similar in shape to a telephone receiver, lowering in the rear part and supported on posts 9, headrest 4 descending in a wedge to the back of the backrest 2, as shown in fig. 13 - fig. 14. In variant VI - an important feature is the backrest 2 of the three-seater sofa, resembling a wedge widening downwards, armrests 3 similar in shape to a telephone receiver, lowering in the rear part and supported on posts 9, as shown in fig. 15 - fig. 16. In variant VII - the essential feature of the furniture in the form of a pouffe is the lower element 6 with a basin 7 and a seat in the form of an upper element 8 supported on posts 9, as shown in Fig. 17; 2-seater and/or 3-seater sofas preferably have an extendable seat 1 with a so-called Belgian sleeping machine or a bedding container under the seat 1. The legs of the armchair, as well as the posts 9 of the armrests 3, are made of wood or metal. The upholstery is made of known upholstery materials, such as natural leather, non-woven fabrics, velvet or imitation leather. The elements of the set made in the form of a design and its variations, designated by the claimed essential features, give the shapes of the set elements a specific and original appearance and in the examples of embodiments are shown in the photographs from the front, with the exception of photo 2, which shows the armchair from the back.
