SOFA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa, która moze sluzyc jako wyposazenie pokoju dziennego, gabinetu czy sypialni. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wygladzie czesci tapicerowanych, które nadaja meblowi swoisty oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych. Sofa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczona jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia sofe w widoku z przodu, a fig.2 sofe rozlozona.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest wyglad sofy wyrózniajacy sie niespotykanym polaczeniem tkanin obiciowych na podlokietniku dajacym wrazenie nakladania sie górnej warstwy w tkaninie korpusu na wnetrze podlokietnika wykonane w tkaninie z wzorem. Wystepuje tutaj zauwazalna róznica poziomów - tkanina korpusowa jest jakby wysunieta na zewnatrz niz tkanina z wzorem. Dodatkowo w dolnej czesci siedziska przylegajacej do wzorzystego podlokietnika znajduje sie trójkat równiez wykonany z tkaniny wzorzystej co daje bardzo ciekawy wyglad sofy. Oparcie sofy tworza dwie poduchy luzem wykonane w tkaninie z wzorem lub alternatywnie w tkaninie korpusu. Charakterystyczny jest podzial siedziska. Na srodku znajduje sie szczelina biegnaca w poprzek i dzielaca siedzisko na dwie równe czesci. Sofa wystepuje pod nazwa handlowa LEMOND.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PLSOFA: The industrial design is a sofa that can be used as furnishings for a living room, office, or bedroom. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and appearance of the upholstered parts, which give the furniture a unique, original appearance aimed at enhancing its aesthetic qualities. The sofa, based on the industrial design, is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production. The industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the sofa unfolded. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essence of the industrial design is the appearance of the sofa, distinguished by the unusual combination of upholstery fabrics on the armrest, giving the impression of an overlapping upper layer of the body fabric with the interior of the armrest, made of patterned fabric. There's a noticeable difference in height here – the body fabric seems to extend outward from the patterned fabric. Additionally, the lower section of the seat, adjacent to the patterned armrest, features a triangle also made of patterned fabric, giving the sofa a very interesting look. The backrest of the sofa is formed by two loose cushions made of patterned fabric or, alternatively, the body fabric. The seat is distinctively divided.
