The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in the shape and appearance of the upholstered parts, which give the furniture a unique, original appearance, enhancing its aesthetic qualities. The sofa bed, as designed in the industrial design, is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows a perspective view of the front of the sofa bed. The sofa bed consists of a backrest and seat in the form of horizontal rectangles with vertical stitching, and a smooth front panel is located under the seat. On the side of the sofa bed, contoured armrests run from the top of the backrest to the front panel, containing wooden inserts in the front. The sofa bed has wooden, angled legs. The sofa bed features decorative cushions made of two contrasting fabrics, each with a decorative element in the form of sewn-on cords fastened at the fabric joints with decorative pins.
