Szyba skrzydla drzwiowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szyba skrzydla drzwiowego posiadajaca zróznicowane szerokosci a na swej powierzchni ozdobne motywy kwiatowe, wykonane na szkle róznymi technikami, korzystnie metoda wytrawiania, malowania lub wytlaczania. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie, ilosci i usytuowaniu na powierzchni szyby skrzydla drzwiowego elementów kwiatowych o wygladzie przypominajacym kwiat mniszka lekarskiego, znanego powszechnie pod nazwa „dmuchawiec". Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach oraz na materiale ilustracyjnym, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane szyby skrzydla drzwiowego z jednym ozdobnym elementem kwiatowym przypominajacym „dmuchawiec", w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - druga odmiane tej szyby z dwoma „dmuchawcami" na jej powierzchni, w widoku z przodu, fig.3 - trzecia odmiane tej szyby z trzema „dmuchawcami" na jej powierzchni, w widoku z przodu, fig.4 - czwarta odmiane tej szyby z czterema „dmuchawcami" na jej powierzchni, w widoku z przodu, fig.5 - piata odmiane tej szyby z piecioma „dmuchawcami" na jej powierzchni, w widoku z przodu, fig.6 - szósta odmiane tej szyby z szescioma „dmuchawcami" na jej powierzchni, w widoku z przodu, fig.7 - siódma odmiane tej szyby z siedmioma „dmuchawcami" na jej powierzchni, w widoku z przodu, fig. 8 - ósma odmiane tej szyby z osmioma „dmuchawcami" na jej powierzchni, w widoku z przodu, przy czym wszystkie odmiany tej szyby pokazane sa takze w widoku perspektywicznym, ze szczególnym uwzglednieniem umieszczonych na nich „dmuchawców" tylko w widoku z przodu, a fig. 9 - przyklad skrzydla drzwiowego z osadzona w nim szyba zaopatrzona w jeden element ozdobny przypominajacy kwiat „dmuchawca".2 Jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-8 wszystkie odmiany szyby skrzydla drzwiowego maja ksztalty plytek prostokatnych o zróznicowanych ich wymiarach gabarytowych, przy czym: - pierwsza odmiana tej szyby o najmniejszej jej szerokosci „A" pokazana na fig.1 posiada tylko jeden motyw dekoracyjny w postaci „dmuchawca" usytuowany skosnie w górnej jej czesci, którego lodyga skierowana jest w lewa strone. - druga odmiana tej szyby o szerokosci „B" nieco wiekszej od pierwszej odmiany pokazana na fig.2 posiada dwa motywy dekoracyjne w postaci „dmuchawców" usytuowane skosnie w górnej i dolnej jej czesci, z których lodyga jednego dmuchawca skierowana jest w lewo, a drugiego „dmuchawca" w prawo. - trzecia odmiana tej szyby o szerokosci „C" nieco wiekszej od drugiej odmiany pokazana na fig.3 posiada trzy motywy dekoracyjne w postaci „dmuchawców" usytuowane skosnie, z których górny i dolny maja lodygi skierowane w lewo, a umieszczony pomiedzy nimi „dmuchawiec" srodkowy ma lodyge skierowana w prawo. - czwarta odmiana tej szyby o szerokosci „D" nieco wiekszej od trzeciej odmiany pokazana na fig.4 posiada cztery motywy dekoracyjne w postaci „dmuchawców" usytuowane skosnie, z których oba skrajne - górny i dolny oraz umieszczone pomiedzy nimi pozostale dwa „dmuchawce" maja lodygi usytuowane w kierunkach przeciwnych wzgledem siebie. - piata odmiana tej szyby o szerokosci „E" nieco wiekszej od czwartej odmiany pokazana na fig5 posiada piec motywów dekoracyjnych w postaci „dmuchawców" usytuowanych skosnie, z których lodygi obu skrajnych i srodkowego „dmuchawca" skierowane sa w tym samym kierunku, a lodygi pozostalych dwóch dmuchawców skierowane sa w kierunku odwrotnym w stosunku do „dmuchawców" obu skrajnych i srodkowego - szósta odmiana tej szyby o szerokosci „F" nieco wiekszej od piatej odmiany pokazana na fig.6 posiada szesc motywów dekoracyjnych w postaci „dmuchawców" usytuowanych skosnie, z których trzy to jest co drugi ma lodygi skierowane w kierunku odwrotnym w stosunku do sasiadujacych z nimi pozostalych trzech „dmuchawców". - siódma odmiana tej szyby o szerokosci „G" nieco wiekszej od szóstej odmiany pokazana na fig.7 posiada siedem motywów dekoracyjnych w postaci „dmuchawców" usytuowanych skosnie, z których cztery w tym oba skraje maja lodygi skierowane w tym samym kierunku, a lodygi pozostalych trzech dmuchawców usytuowane pomiedzy dwoma sasiednimi „dmuchawcami" maja lodygi skierowane odwrotnie - ósma odmiana tej szyby o szerokosci „H" nieco wiekszej od siódmej odmiany pokazana na fig.8 posiada osiem motywów dekoracyjnych w postaci „dmuchawców" usytuowanych skosnie, z których cztery to jest co drugi maja lodygi skierowane w kierunku odwrotnym w stosunku do sasiadujacych z nimi pozostalych czterech dmuchawców.3 Na fig 9 pokazano przyklad osadzenia szyby w skrzydle drzwiowym stanowiacej jedna z osmiu odmian tej szyby pokazanych na fig. 1-8. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in the shape, quantity, and arrangement of floral elements on the door leaf glass surface, resembling a dandelion flower, commonly known as a "dandelion." The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the door leaf glass with one decorative floral element resembling a "dandelion", in a front view, Fig. 2 - the second variant of this glass with two "dandelions" on its surface, in a front view, Fig. 3 - the third variant of this glass with three "dandelions" on its surface, in a front view, Fig. 4 - the fourth variant of this glass with four "dandelions" on its surface, in a front view, Fig. 5 - the fifth variant of this glass with five "dandelions" on its surface, in a front view, Fig. 6 - the sixth variant of this glass with six "dandelions" on its surface, in a front view, Fig. 7 - the seventh variant of this glass with seven "dandelions" on its surface, in a front view, Fig. 8 - the eighth variety of this glass with eight "dandelions" on its surface, in front view, wherein all varieties of this glass are also shown in a perspective view, with particular emphasis on the "dandelions" placed on them only in front view, and fig. 9 - an example of a door leaf with a glass embedded in it, provided with one decorative element resembling a "dandelion" flower.2 As shown in the attached drawings fig. 1-8, all varieties of the door leaf glass have the shape of rectangular plates with different overall dimensions, wherein: - the first variety of this glass with its smallest width "A" shown in fig. 1 has only one decorative motif in the form of a "dandelion" placed obliquely in its upper part, the stem of which is directed to the left. - the second variety of this glass, with a width "B" slightly larger than the first variety, shown in Fig. 2, has two decorative motifs in the form of "dandelions" placed diagonally in its upper and lower parts, of which the stem of one dandelion is directed to the left and the stem of the other "dandelion" to the right. - the third variety of this glass, with a width "C" slightly larger than the second variety, shown in Fig. 3, has three decorative motifs in the form of "dandelions" placed diagonally, of which the upper and lower ones have stems directed to the left, and the middle "dandelion" placed between them has a stem directed to the right. - the fourth variety of this glass with a width "D" slightly larger than the third variety shown in Fig. 4 has four decorative motifs in the form of "dandelions" placed diagonally, of which the two outermost ones - the upper and the lower one, and the remaining two "dandelions" placed between them have stems placed in opposite directions to each other. - the fifth variety of this glass, with a width "E" slightly larger than the fourth variety, shown in fig.5, has five decorative motifs in the form of "dandelions" placed obliquely, of which the stems of both outermost and the middle "dandelion" are directed in the same direction, and the stems of the other two dandelions are directed in the opposite direction in relation to the "dandelions" of both outermost and the middle one - the sixth variety of this glass, with a width "F" slightly larger than the fifth variety, shown in fig.6, has six decorative motifs in the form of "dandelions" placed obliquely, of which three, i.e. every second one, have stems directed in the opposite direction in relation to the other three "dandelions" adjacent to them. - the seventh variety of this glass, with a width "G" slightly larger than the sixth variety, shown in Fig. 7, has seven decorative motifs in the form of "dandelions" placed obliquely, four of which, including both edges, have their stems directed in the same direction, and the stems of the remaining three dandelions, located between two adjacent "dandelions", have their stems directed in the opposite direction - the eighth variety of this glass, with a width "H" slightly larger than the seventh variety, shown in Fig. 8, has eight decorative motifs in the form of "dandelions" placed obliquely, four of which, i.e. every second one, have their stems directed in the opposite direction in relation to the adjacent four remaining dandelions.3 Fig. 9 shows an example of mounting the glass in a door leaf, which is one of the eight varieties of this glass shown in Figs. 1-8.
