Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przekladka do transportu szyb, znajdujaca zastosowa- nie jako element usztywniajacy i zabezpieczajacy w szczególnosci szyby samochodowe przed uszko- dzeniem w transporcie. Przekladka, wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowymi walorami wizualnymi, oraz oryginalnym i indy- widualnym ksztaltem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytwo- ru, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztalt, forme oraz material wytworu. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przekladka do transportu szyb, wedlug wzoru, moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych, gumy naturalnej lub sztucznej. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedsta- wia przekladke w widoku z boku, natomiast Fig. 2 uwidacznia przekladke w widoku od frontu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc to, ze przekladka ma postac usytu- owanych w podstawie, dwóch równoleglych azurowych zeber. Zebra sa nachylone w stosunku do podstawy. Podstawa przekladki jest skosnie scieta, o równoleglobocznym profilu bocznym. Podstawa przekladki jest przedzielona na poszczególne komory, przy czym srodkowa komora jest usytuowana wyzej i jest zamknieta od zewnatrz prostopadlosciennym wypustem. Komory zewnetrze stanowia nóz- ki przekladki. Pomiedzy zebrami, w podstawie przekladki, usytuowane sa równolegle wypustki z rowkami. Na- tomiast, prostopadle do krawedzi bocznej podstawy i zeber, usytuowane sa równolegle wypustki. Zebra maja postac równoleglych listewek polaczonych poprzeczka. According to the design, the spacer is distinguished by new visual qualities and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is the new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of the lines, contours, shape, form, and material of the product. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The spacer for transporting glass, according to the design, can be manufactured industrially or by hand from plastics, natural rubber, or artificial rubber. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the spacer from the side, while Fig. 2 shows the spacer from the front. Essential features of an industrial design include the fact that the spacer takes the form of two parallel, open-work ribs located in the base. The ribs are inclined relative to the base. The base of the spacer is obliquely cut, with a parallelogram-shaped lateral profile. The base of the spacer is divided into individual chambers, with the middle chamber located higher and closed from the outside by a cuboid projection. The outer chambers constitute the legs of the spacer. Between the ribs, in the base of the spacer, parallel projections with grooves are located. Parallel projections with grooves are located perpendicular to the side edges of the base and the ribs. The ribs are in the form of parallel slats connected by a crossbar.
